These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ajonic (the “Service”), provided by Ajonic, Ground floor, near Royal Furniture House, Ladwa, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old.
1. The Service and AI-generated work
Ajonic provides AI Employees, workflows and tools for research, writing, website and landing page design, website audits, Shopify themes, Unbounce pages, analysis and automation. Features, limits and integrations depend on your plan and may change over time. AI output is generated automatically and can contain mistakes or fail a third-party platform’s checks. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approving output before you use or publish it. The Service does not give legal, financial or medical advice.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Give accurate information, keep your password secret and keep your contact details up to date. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite, the roles they give and everything done in their workspace. Tell us straight away at contact@ajonic.com if you suspect someone has accessed your account. We may restrict access when needed to protect you, other users or the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy; create deceptive, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content; send spam or malware; try to access accounts or systems without permission; get around billing, credit or safety limits; overload or scrape the Service; or upload content you have no right to use. Follow the terms of every platform you connect or export to. We may suspend activity that breaks these rules.
4. Your content and output
You keep all rights you have in the content you upload. You give us and our service providers a limited, worldwide licence to store, process, transmit and transform that content only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights needed to provide it. As between you and us, the output created for you is yours to use, subject to the rights of others and the terms of our providers (for example stock photo and icon licences). Output is not guaranteed to be unique.
5. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies.
- $1 trial: $1 is charged when you start it and gives 7 days with 100 credits. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, the Pro plan ($49/month) starts and is charged to the same payment method. One trial per workspace.
- Credits: each task uses credits according to its size, as shown on the Pricing page. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Credits are not money: they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. If a task fails because of a problem on our side, its credits are returned automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time in the app under Billing → Manage billing, or by emailing contact@ajonic.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Third-party services and changes
Services you connect or export to (such as Shopify, Unbounce, Figma, domains or ad accounts) have their own terms, limits and prices, and we do not control their availability or approval decisions. We may update, replace or retire parts of the Service, including AI models and integrations, to keep it secure, reliable and lawful. We will tell account owners about changes that significantly reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Confidentiality and feedback
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide the Service, except where the law requires disclosure. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without owing you anything.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, particular business results or compatibility with every third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, non-payment, security threats or legal requirements, and will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where that is reasonable. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. After closure your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. The courts at Kurukshetra, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We will post updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and email account owners about important changes at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
